* All- Inclusive Home Cleaning
A full top to bottom clean! We will scrub your walls, floors, carpeting, drapes, blinds, dust all surfaces,
polish furniture and metal services, disinfect kitchen and bathroom, remove soap scum, grout, stains, brighten tiles and wood
floors - and by request we will, launder blankets, slip covers, sheets, drapes and curtains, steam-clean all soft and
permeable hard surfaces (shower, tub, sinks, stove tops, tile), inside appliances (ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, cabinets,
trash bins) glass surfaces in home, we'll even do your household dishes!

- Garage or Basement Cleaning- $50
Base Rates:

(Scheduled time is available (ex. you pick the ammount of hours we stay) to suit you finacial preference)

Do you have that back room that gives you a headache just walking by? We will organize all living spaces, offices, kids
rooms. Your estimate includes all bins, totes, storage systems, drawers, and closet systems!
Base Rates:
One Room- Starts at Only $80

* Design-A-Space
Have you always wanted a beautiful professionally designed living space or a change in a peticular room but don't have
the time or knew where to start? We can give you the look your going for without the steep price of a home designer! We will
work with you to find your ideal color scheme and plan your dream room with you - and then do all the hard work while you
sit back and relax and wait for your dream come true! All furniture pick-up and assembly is included.
Base Rates:
For one average size room - $400 (Includes all consultations- usually two - five visits, furniture pick-up
and assembly and room set-up)
** Furniture costs are not included, but will be chosen by you from our several catalogs or your requests so you
control the price**
* Yard Clean-Up
Old wood, car parts, trash, dog mess, kennels, fences... we'll clean-up your yard and increase the value of your property!

*House Sitting
Not only will we keep an eye on things while your on vacation or business- you'll come home to a sparkling clean &
happy home!

ONLY $10 a day
*Pet Sitting
Why drag your furry friends to an expensive kennel while your away? We have an extensive background with animals and
would come to your home to care for them which relieves stress on the animal.
**Farms included! We grew-up on a farm and we know it's hard to take a break when you have a farm to run (working or
pleasure). We'll put your mind at ease while you take that much needed vacation!
Base rate:
ONLY $20 a day (Farm-sitting is a different rate depending on size)
